Our programs focus on empowering youth and young adults to make educated decisions about their career journey by highlighting tech career pathways and providing hands-on learning experiences build marketable skills key to success in the global workforce.
To achieve mission success we build strategic partnerships with corporations, schools, and community groups to reach diverse communities, identify and eliminate barriers to access, and develop innovative programs that prepare individuals for careers in the tech industry.
During this 15-20 hour course, students ages 11+ work alongside adult facilitators to build tech prototypes that address a social issue in their community.
EFTW is a Meta STEM education program.
This 8 week career exploration and skills development program offers students (grades 9-12) an opportunity to learn basic cybersecurity concepts, gain hands-on experience using real-world tools to secure systems, and develop a practical career plan mapped to local workforce needs.
CAP is a seven month program that provides early career development support and mentorship to a cohort of Black & Latinx college students from across the U.S. planning to launch careers in IT and Cybersecurity.
